- At least one author must register and present (on-site or online) for the paper to be in the proceedings and submitted for possible IEEE Xplore inclusion.
1 Manuscript format and length
Submit your final PDF and the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) through PayQlick.
Up to 8 pages including references. Up to 2 extra pages at $100/page (max 10).
Up to 6 pages including references. Up to 2 extra pages at $100/page (max 8).
Papers over the limit must pay overlength fees or may be excluded from the program.
IEEE conference templates (A4)
Do not include headers, footers, or page numbers in the final PDF.
2 Registration
Complete registration for your paper(s) by the published deadline. Venue and registration details are handled in PayQlick alongside your ticket.
No paper is published without completed registration and payment.
3 IEEE PDF Xpress
All final PDFs must be verified with IEEE PDF Xpress.

Download the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF.

4 Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)
Complete the eCF in PayQlick after registration:
- Open View My Tickets.
- Submit your IEEE eCF.
5 Camera-ready upload
Upload the PDF Xpress–approved PDF via PayQlick:
- View My Tickets
- Upload the final paper (IEEE PDF certified).
After registration, PDF Xpress, and eCF are complete, your paper can move forward for proceedings and IEEE Xplore submission.
